Trae
I couldn't sell the cardboard ones if my life depended on it but I sell the crap out of the aroma bead ornies. I think the aroma bead ones are stronger and last longer too. JMO.
CathyinME
I prefer the aroma beads. Prettier!
Georgia
In my testing I didn't think the cardboard lasted as long. I sell a ton of ornies. They are fun to make and look good even when the scent has faded. Ever seen a car with 12 dead cardboard pine trees hanging from the rearview mirror? What is up with that? judyvega
Aroma beads - people can get cardboard ANYWHERE - my ornies sell like crazy here.
Jane42
I really need to try those ornies!! We use the organza bags now...great for women, but my son's just don't see those hanging in their vehicle...lol This season, we are going to do some cardboard ones in masculine scents and see how they go but next year I really would like to play around with the ornies.BTW - how did they ever get the name "ornies"

NancyT
Jane have you ever considered using the little muslin bags with the aroma beads for your sons? I'm not sure if the beads might stain the muslin or not but it's worth try. Just a thought.NancyT

If you have some aroma beads scented & colored already, it just takes a metal cookie cutter, a nail, an old cookie sheet, your oven and about 4-5 minutes. You'll LOVE them! I do make the bags, but mostly in the leather scent for men, my DH loves it, he just puts it under his seat.

erinmfritz
Use a nail with a good size head to make your hole as you bake it. (place in the beads where you want the hole, standing on its head.) I haven't tried a plastic cutter because of the fear it will melt. Just goes to show you how everyone has their different techniques!
