P&V
I just received my supplies to make a body butter except I haven't bought my scale yet. Does anyone here not use a scale/have a recipe that they use that doesn't require a one?
TexasBrat
What kind of butter? I think you could get away with adding some shea in a bowl and adding a bit of oil to the mix and whipping it up would work. There is nothing to be so precise on for butters. P&V
I got shea & mango butter. Then for oil I got sao & macadamia oil. I also got some beeswax and glycerin, some mica and more fo. I'm sorta addicted and have another order I'm waiting on.
BLSoaps
Most products have something about them that needs to be weighed accurately. With lotions, it's preservatives. With CP soap it's everything. With Body Butters, it's really not necessary to weigh everything out. However, by not weighing, do keep in mind that it will make it much more difficult to repeat your formula if you really like. And just wait, the addiction only gets worse!
