Does any one have an order form that they use for wholesale accounts that they would mind sharing with me?I'm not sure how or where to start on one. I guess what I'm really needing is an order form for the company to place their orders on with their cost listed, products offered, a place for scent choices etc. I'm just really drawing a blank lol Guess I'll have to see what I can do with one of those.
