realmarcha
OK here goes. I have extensively tested my 3" x 4" pillars. I have now purchased 3" x 6" and 3" x 9" pillar molds. Since the new pillar molds are the same diameter (3") as my 3" x 4" pillar molds, do I have to test the new pillar molds since the height is taller? Geez! I hope this makes since. SatinDucky
Yes, you do! And all the way down. What burns fine for 3 inches may blowout or drown at 5" or 7" and anywhere along the way.Actually, even if someone told me nope, it's not necessary, I would anyway. I wanna know for my own piece of mind exactly what my candles are going to do under as many circumstances I can think of, including proper and marathon burning. That's just me.. Not the one I wanted, but I do know I should test everything that walks out my door! Better get to pouring then, and all those long hours of testing!
