I've never heard of them!). If you are experienced enough in web design or have a web designer, handcraftmarket is not for you, as it's designed for people with little to no skill in web design, but they look like a good choice if you don't want to mess with web coding. However, I don't see anything on their site about how much space or transfer you're allotted. They do have two seperate shopping cart systems you can choose from and a Paypal integration something or other.As for building web pages: They have a fairly easy builder for the web pages, there is a small learning curve but essentially it's the same as using a web template from MS Word to build a web page. Start Logic has a pretty good help documentation center.The reason I chose Start Logic when I was choosing which company to go with was because in most of the web hosting reviews, Start Logic came up tops; they also have 24/7 LIVE tech support (e-mail tech support doesn't thrill me); and of course price. We still have paying clients, but we're not taking on any new ones. There's very little money in web hosting anymore unless you're already a giant or simply get lucky because web hosting has gone the way of the Wal-Mart Mentality...paying very little for a subpar product, and not giving a rat when it comes time to replace it. Our service was very straightforward but we never offered any web builders or anything like that...we did have the usual cPanel/Fantastico setup though, so accounts came with tons of content managers, portal systems, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He has plenty of templates to pick from, and will get your site up and running within days. The highest hosting plan is the one that is less than $30 and with it you will never run out of room! You can also go to www.oscommerce.com to familiarize yourself with what it is about. My site is hosted by Star Host and they host it free because I have 'traffic'. Not sure what their pricing is regularly, but I have tons of space and have had so far 100% up-time. I will email my host and see what his pricing is... As for site design, I do have 15 years experience in web development, however, Joomla as a content management system is quite easy to use. However, you might not need something quite that component/mambot/module heavy if you are only selling one or two venues. You could try Zen Cart or Cube Cart, both free and pretty easy to set up.
