EmpressC
I have been reading up on soaps, starting with M&P since it seems worlds easier. From what I've read, it is best to purchase bases made of 100% vegetable oil with no other fillers, like wax or alcohol. I was going to purchase some from BCN, but they do not list any facts about the bases. However, their price is almost double that found at other places (Peak's and Brambleberry, to name a couple).Does anyone have any ideas as to why the price at BCN's is so much more? And do you know if they use any "fillers"? (I did send them an email asking the same things, btw. They haven't responded yet.)TIA!
CaliZona
I ordered BCN M&P soap and was not happy with the bubbles. I just got my order of 5 different M&P soaps from Peaks today and they are 100% better. Great bubbles! Peaks also carries a wide variety of types. I would highly recommend Peaks! soycrazy
Here's the ingredients if you are looking for thathttp://www.candlesupply.com/bathingredients.htmlI was thinking of ordering soap from http://www.creativeilluminations.com/category_58.php their soap is free of detergents and other stuff you don't want in your soap. Peaks looks really nice too though.
