shine
Can anyone tell me if it's me or the FO? I used 1.5oz of Grandma's Kitchen from Bitter Creek in 16 oz GB 444 and now when I burn it, it kind of smells like fuel. The cold throw smelled great. Did I put too much FO in? Thanks for your replies!
Candle Makin Momma
I used it in Ezsoy at 1 oz pp. It wasn't a knock your socks off scent, but it didn't smell like fuel either. It smelled like Baked Apples, which is what I changed the name too
Steph in tx
I don't use Vegetable Waxes, but I don't smell fuel @ 1oz per lb. nor do I smell apples. I just smell cinnamon, cloves and such. Doesn't help you much. Just my:2cents: .
Erin Lea
I use 1 oz. Grandma's Kitchen (BCN) in EZ Soy and have great results--no fuel. I have one customer who will order nothing but this scent. Try cutting back to 1 oz. pp.
ShelleyBean
This is one of my favorite FOs, never had a fuel smell but I do 1 per 1. I renamed it after my late mom, I call it Nanny's Kitchen
Tizimarezie
I use EZsoy and have added 1oz of Granny's Kitchen pp wax and the fragrance is awesome. This is one of my very favorites! If I imagine "apple pie", it's there..."peach cobbler", it's there....but have never smelled a fuel smell.

cozyaromas
Granny's Kitchen from GreenLeaf is great in soy and doesn't give off that fuel smell. I highly recommend it, especially if you use ecosoya pb.
