msonmez
I am making some votives now, well, waiting until I need to do the 2nd pour. I did 1lb of a soy/parafin blend and 1oz of Love Spell fo and I put in one little chip of dye and it made a pale purple color, very pretty. Just wanted to share! hmm...It's been around 3 hours, that's typically long enough to wait to re pour, right?
country creek
With a votive I am sure 3 hrs is plenty. Did the love spell gag you to death??That is my most hated scent to pour!!! Great seller though!
msonmez
Yeah, it was really too strong when I was pouring it. Since I've smelled it all day, I'm burning one now and can't tell if it's scenting the room or not :undecided but I think my wick is a little too small. But, I love the color I got with the dye. So pretty
funnygirl
Congrats on your first candles! I remember how excited I was when I made my first candle, and everytime I pour a new scent I get excited all over again! LOL! You have just entered the world of candlemaking, an addictive and expensive hobby.
