dwarfie Posted November 13, 2006 Author Share Posted November 13, 2006 thank you!! i started with a small 4" x 4.5" hurricane and used different pictures. i am also making one with my 2 kids wearing santa claus hats.then i whipped up more wax, used my heat gun on my exacto knife and made scratches all over the hurricane (don't know if this was necessary or not but have been doing them like this) so the whipped wax would have something to stick to. after putting all the 'snow' on i put on some glitters.
