I went back and re-read all of the posts and I am still confused as to what type of color you are using.they bought the wrong dye...sop dye instead of candle dye... fredron Posted November 4, 2006 Share Posted November 4, 2006 Are you stirring the pot after you add the dye? I've never seen a dye that wouldn't mix when the wax is melted. If you simply drop the dye in the wax, it will settle to the bottom. Ya gotta stir. Also ya gotta get a thermometer.
