Shawnee
I've looked all over the web for wax candy sprinkles to top my birthday cake containers. Anyone know where I can find such an animal? TIA!
Twoscentsworth
Hobby Lobby, maybe Michaels or anywhere that sells Candle Magic kits....... look for the packages of granulated wax, they come in colors pink, red, blue, green ...our Wally used to sell them but stopped, one near you may still carry them. If you cant find those you can grate your own, just color and harden wax then grate. HTH
bugtussle
I use REAL candy sprinkles, just not a whole lot. They just settle to the bottom when burning. Have never had any catch fire.
Ring of Fire
Real ones are just fine.

gingerinarkansas
Can you also use dry spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg etc. in candles for spicey scents? Ginger
Luci
I've never used the real candy sprinkles, but I have used a tad or real cinnamon to top off apple pie candles. I have also used it to spruce up container candles that I've topped with the mini cinnabun embeds. No problem after many test burns.
