Pantry Prim
of Idy Candles? I was given a couple of votives by a friend who went to the town where they are located a couple of weeks ago here in CA. Anyway I lit the chunk votive I was given and it will not stay lit! I have trimmed the wick, I get a very small melt pool then poof, out it goes! Any tips, clues, etc??
Grumpy Girl
Sounds like you bought a crappy candle. The only thing you could do would be to change the wick in it to a larger one, or demand your money back. If it were me, I'd be doing the last one. HeavenScentU
Is there a phone number or website that you can call or email them and ask why your candle isn't burning properly? I have never heard of them, so I couldn't help you there.

Scented
Hard to put in a bigger wick when no one knows what was used I'd probably tack that up to money blown, because I don't know that you'll oh find the company to get any satisfaction.
