TexasBrat
Anyone soaped with it? Do you know how much to use per pound?
Scented
From Kangaroo Blue, when I was trying to figure out how much aussie clay to use, suggestion was 1 T per pound to color the whole batch. Suggestion was to also use less for swirling. When I used some clay I ended up using 1/2 tsp for the whole thing and definitely could have used more for the coloring in a 3 lb batch. That may not help ya.
TexasBrat
Thanks Scented, that gives me a better idea of how much to use. Did you notice if it at all was usefull as an exfoliant in the soap? Or by the time it is in soap it is dissolved? I read on FNWL that it can be used as an exfoliant but maybe that is more for cosmetics like facial scrubs than soap. Scented
I didn't really notice it as an exfoliant, but it does add softness to the skin. Nothing abrassive by what I used. I just should have used more lol. Each of the clays has its own properties and I think that those properties stay to a degree in soap.
