Alajane
I have an open house coming up this Saturday and have some cute tealight burners that I intended to put out but haven't had time to make any tealights. Is it okay to package up some "ready-made" tealights to go with the burners? And if any of you do this, do you recommend certain ones? I bought some at Dollar Tree that didn't burn well at all but have had others from there that were fine--don't know how to tell which are the good ones!TIA,Jane
MichelleOH
I buy Pier 1 imports tealights:)
Glowlite
Sure you can. I package 6 t-lights to go with tart burners and instead of using my own cus there a little more costly I just buy the bag of 100 for 1$ at the dollor tree.
Trish
I have done this too! I gave them free 6 tealights with the purchase of a burner and you'd think they won the lottery with getting something for free! LOL
Alajane
Last year I made tealights to go with the holders, but just haven't gotten around to it yet this year, so I'm going with purchased!Jane

Georgia
I get a bag from Old Time Pottery. I wrap 5 in cello wrap like a piece of candy - twisted at the ends. 50Cents for just the pack or a pack free with each burner.
Alajane
Georgia, that sounds cute--do you tie the ends or do they stay twisted by themselves? I did the same thing with mine but taped up the roll--twisting sounds much cuter! Thanks,Jane
Georgia
Wedding/party places have 6" silver twist ties. I got a bunch when Frank's went out of business. I cut them in half.
