MommaD
My cousin just had a baby, about a week ago. I printed off a picture of her (the baby) off of the hospital website, and made a hurricane candle out of it, with the pic imbedded. I colored it lightly pink, and had just a smidgen of scent in it. I gave it to her the other night (I had practiced making hurricanes for two days) and she LOVED it. Guess what? I forgot to take a freaking picture of it. Ugh!!!I could honestly see tons of flaws, but since it had her baby girl on it, she didn't seem to see any. I love these hurricanes!!!I appreciate being able to find directions on how to do things here. I learned how to do these candles from the directions on this site! Mtngrl
Your thread made me . Something about the word 'dork.' lol. It sounds like maybe the 'cane is close enough to visit ... if you really wanted to get a pix of it. I bet the proud parents have a camera! But one never knows.
