mnjcandles
Forgive me if this is a silly question, but do you need a warning/caution blurb for incense? I could not find anything while searching, only candle ones...
Bunny
CAUTION: BURN INCENSE WITH CARE AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. Place incense stick into an appropriate incense burner on a heat-resistant surface. Light tip of stick, allow flame to catch, then gently blow out. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat. That's what I use. Feel free to use it or change it as needed. HTH!

KMD
Will having that warning, be enough to prevent being sued? I make incense holders and ashtrays out of resin... I've been too afraid to sell them, for the fear of being sued. Does the warning need to be a sticker on the bottom of the product, or can it be in the selling description and be just fine? Thanks! Warnings and disclaimers won't prevent you from being sued.

Correctamundo, as The Fonz would have said. a sticker or disclaimer is not a get out of responsibility free card. are you 100% certain resin will withstand a fiery cone of incense? If someone does not burn it perfectly, will it melt or catch fire?
