The Candle Source - What are the 5 best scents

Recommended Posts

You should order from their website (www.thecandlesource.com) instead of ebay - prices are cheaper.

I don't make soap, but for candles I use . . . Fresh Cut Roses, Sunwashed Linen, Downy, Clothesline, J&J Bedtime Bath, Grandma's Kitchen, Spiced Apples & Peaches, Starfruit & Mango - these are very strong in my 50/50 blend.

Other scents that are wonderful, but still in the testing stage are . . . Buttermint Candies, Fresh Strawberries, Strawberry Banana, Lilac, Sweet Pea, Warm Vanilla Sugar. (Not as strong as I would like them to be, but very true and realistic scents.) I may need to add a higher percent to my candles.

HTH. ;)

ahh...my favorite Fo supplier to date (ok, that's not saying much because I've only tried a handful...lol but they are still my fav!)

I use 100% soy and the best ones so far have been:

butt naked

baked apple pie

strawberry shortcake

grandma's kitchen

sun washed linen

I like the smell of loganberry, but only got an OK throw from it hot, must rememeber to repour with a higher amount of FO next time to see if that helps. I use 1oz PP normally
