It says it holds 5 pounds...and i did make adjustments to my recipe...to a 4 pound...but looking at the picture..the mold is FULL...thats OK tho!!Thanks for looking! With a 4 lb. batch in mine, after it is cut, and has been on the rack for about 2 or 3 weeks, ends up being a 1 1/4 inch thick bar. It does shrink just a bit while it is curing, so you don't want to go too small on the batch. Can't wait to see this batch cut, it looks great.
