KMommy
Considering the information covered about bath salts and oils combining and possibly making a glue.http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18995&highlight=salt+glueI was wondering if this is strickly a problem with using salt. If you sub. pumice or sugar in a recipe with oils and the ingredients needed for making a scrub would the same thing possibly happen or is this strickly a problem with salts, oils and minerals in the water? Livelovebath
I dont know about everyone else... but I have never had a problem with my bath salts turning into glue (no matter what I put in them). I think that this story may be a little streched...
ExtasyPunq
From what I remember it was only when using epsom salts, but I could be mistaken. Luckally, I have personally never had this happen to me.
KMommy
Thanks for the replies! I was thinking it was all salt. So it is just the Epsom salt that is the problem?
