Janette
Take a look at www.candlewic.com. Under wicks they have a great chart, it lists burn rates, these are grams of wax burnt per hour. This should give you and idea of how the two wicks compare. Hope this helps.Janette
Mona
how does that tell me what's the equal? :embarasse An LX24 is recommended for containers approximately 4"-4.5" in diameter. You would test the CD wicks that are recommended for the same size containers to find which one(s) gives the burn closest to the LX24. No chart can tell you that any two different wicks burn exactly alike. Variations in your wax/fo combo can affect the burn. Maybe only one type of wick will work, and others won't. Trish
http://www.wicksunlimited.com/heinz_KST_candle_wicks.phphttp://www.wicksunlimited.com/wedo_LX_wicks.phpThese two pages will give you burn rates, etc so you can compare and see what might work for you...
