aimeec324
Obviously I am a NEWBIE! LOL! After searching for a supplier close tome the closest I can find is Alabaster. So looks like I wil be making a trip up there on Monday and am curious which oils I should purchase from there. I am aware that I will be using different companies. Right now I have some from Aztec and Candles and Supplies. I have to buy 5 lbs of FO to get the price on the wax so I want to make sure I get 5 good ones. Also which wax is better J223 or IGI 4627 or 4630? I was planning to use J223 but curious which ones yall use! Thanks for any input!

7 Pawz
I use J223 from alabaster. Currently testing a soy-paraffin blend from Greenleaf in TX; like J223, but want a more vivid colored candle and in a wax blend, like J223, it seems I have to use more dye than I would like. Georgia
I have used J223 and APOP. The APOP performs just like the 223 - just a bit cheaper. Mountain Berry and Sleigh Bells are nice. I've heard good things about the Mulled Cider, but havent' tried it. Traditional Christmas is nice OOB, but I thought it stunk in wax. craftyinala
I use J223/soy blend. Have tried other container wax but go back to this. I buy most of my Fos from Alabaster since I can pick them up. So far I have been very pleased with all the Fos I have purchased. Kuduz, pumpkin spice, caramel apple pecan, blueberry pie, magnolia, mulberry, pomergranate are some of my best sellers for this time of year. When you visit they have the Fos so you can smell them. Their customer service is excellent.
