Soya
Any chance I could eliminate the thin film that the wax leaves behind on my container? It's very very thin...but want to know if this can be eliminated somehow...so the jar looks clear as they are burning down.
xsami3000x
I don't think so, I'm testing tins and even when I overwicked on purpose I still had a thin film on the sides that you can only see once the container has cooled down.Sami
Holly
I get the same thing with the CB-3 Calsoy and it drives me nuts. I can pretty much embrace the other quirks but I really dislike this one. However, I still seem to stick with the CB-3 -- so far anyway. The narrower the jar the better it is, but I don't want to have just narrow jars. The way I look at it is, if I did not get the residue on the sides with another soy most likely it would be something else that would drive me nuts. I wish I had an answer to resolve the problem but I don't...other than maybe mixing another soy in with it, but that sometimes will cause another problem.
