mysticglow Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 I have been working on wicking this jar for quite some time and have just about tested all my FO's with it. Finally just about the time I am ready to go forward with it, then I read about this jar exploding on someone. Does anyone else use these jars? Successfully? Any problems? mysticglow Posted August 8, 2005 Author Share Posted August 8, 2005 I'm using the zinc wicks with 4627 CB wax. For the most part 2) 44's will work but I have had to use 2)51's on a couple of FO's. Georgia Posted August 8, 2005 Share Posted August 8, 2005 I do remember someone having an issue with some. I believe they had stress cracks in the corner that were visible. But didn't want to send something out for sale if it had a potential for problems. I feel better about using them since I know others are using them successfully.
