I also do mine a yellow and it selling good so far this year. I have kept it in stock for a little over a year because I liked it and had a few people who would buy it but now it seems like everyone is buying that and Sweet Pea!

Well, I got really excited over this because I had never heard of the buying group and after checking out the website realized that I am about 20 minutes away so it would be perfect for me!! I can not tell you how excited I really became!! I have tried calling more than once today and have left a message for them to call me back and I also sent her an email wanting to order some stuff this evening and pick up tomorrow but I have received no response from the phone call or the email. Are they still open? How is their customer service? I mean I don't expect for a company to jump when I call but I at least thought since I was that close I would at least get a phone call with info. Fingers crossed that she was really busy today!! **Update!! She did email me back and seems super friendly. I can't wait to do business with her and I will update**

I second TriState, they have the best Lovespell that I can find, no matter what company I have tried I have always went back to TriState for their Lovespell. AND it is very clear!!

Please let me know how that goes comparing with KY. I have tons of people who have requested this scent and was advised to get it from KY but I buy more from Becky also and would like to just get it from her.

I ordered a sample last week and haven't received it yet. I can not wait to try it out!!

I had a special request for a perfume dupe from a friend who paid for a pound of FO without even sampling it from RA. I had a bad experience from the get go with this company and refused to ever order anything from them again. The bad karma even trickled down to delivering the dang thing. It took forever for them to send me the oil, the charge to my bank account had posted before it was even shipped. It took like 3 weeks to get to me after it was paid for and it was off season...I emailed them to see where it was and got no response. UPS delivered it to the wrong house that wasn't even close to my house, just so happened that a family member was friends with that family and was house sitting while they were on vacation and found the box addressed to me on their porch. Everything was negative about my experience with them so I refused to even think about ordering from them again.

Love the colors also!! Very spring like and I really wish spring would hurry up and get here!

They do have great customer service but I haven't tired their FO's yet, guess I need to order some with my next wax order.

I understand the testing part, I have been making candles for years now and I don't want her to sell products that she hasn't tested. I believe that people are missing my point. Yes, tell her that she is wrong but do not belittle her. I said she was in the wrong, however I also pointed out (and it seemed like it was missed) that attacking her is no way of showing her the right way of doing things, of course I did not say those exact words, maybe I should have made myself a little more clear. Yes it gives people with a business, myself included, a very bad name but how is she going to learn any better when she is attacked everytime she turns around? If she has made the choice not to return to the board were some people are attacking her every post, do you think that she is just going to take down her website and quit selling her candles that are likely to be a fire hazzard? No, she will quit coming here, quit getting advise and learning the correct way to do things and keep on selling without researching or learning. To me that is much more dangerous!! Again, this is just my opinion and I don't mean to step on toes, just trying to shed a different light on things..

I am not picking sides here but I will say that from a lurker since I joined the candletech board way back in March of 2004 I have noticed a group of people decide that they don't like a certain new member and everytime that member posts something (even though that member may be in the wrong) those 'older' members attack the thread and make the new member feel very unwelcomed here. It is very childish and for such a group to post over and over how they wish the board was like it was when they first joined, this is NOT the way to get it there!! I understand that you want to make a point to her but all you are doing is calling her out and making yourself look like a bully. This is not the first time that people have attacked her thread like a pack of hungry wild animals, whether it is flat out telling her she is going to kill a customer to making sarcastic remarks about a receipe that she may have shared. I am not posting this to be rude to anybody, just posting something that I have observed. Bash me all you want but looks as though if this keeps going on.....then I have found were the bash board has relocated.

I know UPS is bogged down this season, I had a package arrive yesterday about 2 hrs late from the normal time my regular UPS man comes to my house. Lately my usual guy has had an attitude, I can hear my patio doors open and a huge thud, he doesn't even bother to knock anymore. That is why when I ordered my husband guitar for x-mas I did Fed-EX so I would have to sign for it but even then it took days for them to find my house, I know I had to talk to the Fed-Ex guy at least 4 times because he actually found me and I live right on a major highway. To the point though, I had a package delivered to the wrong house by UPS and was told that they UPS driver HAD to find out where he dropped the package off and take it to the correct house. I was lucky that it was at the house across the street from me and when I was walking to check my USPS box I saw it sitting on their porch and rang their doorbell. I told UPS a ear full but we got it resolved. I would call UPS and make them find your package!!

Keep us updated on the testers Jordan, I think I will now put that on my "to try" list since I LOVE Just Scent's FO's. I am always looking for a good scent for my B&B stuff.

Okay guys, I have been trying to work with my printer forever now and can not seem to get the quality of labels that I want from it. I am currently using a Lexmark, I know it is on the cheaper side so that is most likely why I can't seem to get the labels to look as good as I want them to. I am now in the market for a new printer and was wondering if anyone can suggest some printers, I am looking for inkjet because I can not afford to spend mega money on a printer right now and inkjet is less expensive. What are some brands that I need to look out for? If someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I've poured wax down the sink.. put hot glue on my fingers but my all time favorite was when I was testing Dragons Blood from NG, poured the candle and wasn't getting cold throw at all. I let it cure for 2 weeks and still nothing. Then I go to get more 1oz's to pour and find my complete 1oz of Dragons Blood that I had forgot to pour in.

Lilac, Lavender, Jasmine ... I can not stand to pour these sents. I burned myself out on Orange Chiffan Cake from Tristate and it makes my stomach turn to even remember what that one smells like.

I know that it is a mold that you can purchase from K-Mart (I believe) that is in the Martha Stewart line. I have always been interested in this mold, can someone post a pic of their soaps made from this mold? I would love to see them.

I'll be the odd one out. I really like the one of the bottom! I think I like the detail better.

I have also been stalking Big Lots and they don't have them out yet either. I spoke with someone there and she told me to keep checking back this week and next, she knew exactly what I was talking about and she told me that they can't keep them in stock when they do come in. Luckly, if they do get them in around the area I have 3 Big Lots to choose from.

Really glad that you called Mike and I don't think you have anything to worry about. They are an excellent business and that I would recommend them over and over again.

Now be honest? If you are doing a fair and someone walks up to you and speaks of another competitor, do you trash them? Are people that insecure about their products? The reason I ask is this, my mother just called me from a festival in Virginia were she happened upon a man with a booth selling handmade soaps. She stopped to look since I have been dabbling in cp soap and she has been one of my testers. The man approached my mother and made small talk and when upon my mother mentioning that I also made soap that man went nuts and started trash talking and stating that nobodies soap can be as good as his and ranted on and on about his being better. My mom thought he was nuts and just walked away. She was actually going to buy some but he drove her away. She is loving the idea of handmade soap and would have spent a nice chuck of change to stock up since I'm not really making alot of it.

I have been using them for almost a year and I have had no problems what so ever, I also use HTP's which are hotter and still have had no problems. None of my customers have complained.
