Trish
I have no idea if it's a dupe or not, but JS's version is amazing!! My sister was highlighting my hair the other day and we had my tester burning...we couldn't even smell the bleach because the candle was soooo strong (in another room)! It's a definite keeper for me! ILVCANDLES
Hi, I just made votives w/ ICS orange chiffon cake fragrance oil. Wow, is all I have to say. I really didn't like OOB smell, but when poured it smelled wonderful. I had it burning in my husband's bathroom and it lingered into our bedroom and into the hallway and this was just a votive. 1.5 oz per pound! HTH:)
