I use between 4-6% in soy (instead of 7-9% for other FOs I carry) I know some who get a great throw on the lower end of those %'s. It really depends on the soy. I don't have any that I use over 6%, but then I have a rule of thumb that if I have to go over 6% I ditch the FO.
