kuepie
I purchased some raspberry patchoulli some time back and I cannot remember where I got it from. Today I was able to pick up seperate scents of raspberry and patchoulli and I was wondering how to mix. I do not want the patchoulli to overpower the raspberry, and as strong as patchoulli is I know if I mix half and half that is exactly what is going to happen. Patchoulli will overpower the raspberry. Any ideas? Do you think maybe 3% raspberry, and 2% patchoulli? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks pat
cindym
I would try 3 to
dandelion garden
LOL, I was thinking, even before I finished reading your post, that I personally would be worried about the raspberry overpowering the patchouli! But I guess I'm a bad judge cuz I love patchouli . I use patch EO in my own lotions & stuff. Then I add teeny tiny smidgins of whatever else I'm in the mood for. bugtussle
I use a wonderful raspberry patchouli from BCS. Don't think I could mix one as good
quietgirl2004
Could it have been from Tradewinds?
Scented
I'd look at it as parts. But I was thinking the raspberry would overpower the patch too lol!How about the sniffie test. Dip a cotton swab in each FO, put in a baggie or whatever to allow the scents to mingle. If it's too much of one, dab another swab in the other FO, add to baggie and allow the scents to mingle. Do it tell you get the mix you want. Look at the swabs as being parts. So if you had three swabs of raspberry and one swab of patch, then mix as 3 parts of raspberry to one part of patch. carol k
i use a tight sealing glass jar, with some baggies, the fo will eat right through them.
