Sarah Posted February 26, 2006 Share Posted February 26, 2006 it's a long story really. the item was damaged during shipping (to the point where i could not use it) AND they shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address, and then refused to claim responsibility for any of it. they wanted me to pay all kinds of extra shipping to take care of it and told me basically that they didn't believe me that it arrived in that condition, even when i emailed them pictures.
