ISO Hard 'Perfume/Fragrance'

Does anyone know how to make a 'hard' fragrance perfume, to put in little containers?

I don't even know where to start.

I made salves and it was great but I don't know how to make a hard fragrance.............

Any ideas? Or recipes?
