ThisLittleLightOfMine
I was just curious how everyone else keeps track of inventory especially with wholesale accounts?
Guest OldGlory
I don't keep any inventory made up for my wholesale accounts. I let them know from the beginning that I need 2-3 weeks advance notice with an order. That way I can buy just what I need, make it all fresh, and deliver it in plenty of time. The only supply I keep on hand in one fragrance oil that I can't find anywhere else - or anything remotely similar. The rest I can buy just about anywhere. This really keeps things simple for me! junored
Wonder if there is computer program/software that would be good for this?
pcbrook
There is one I found but it was a little out of my price range! I think it was $147. It is called Craft Maker Pro! I use excel for now.
Jcandleattic
I use my SM3 program for all of my products, including my candles. I have the professional version, which has the inventory module, and you never have to pay for maintenance or upgrades. I've had if for years, but I think the price now is still very reasonable, at $99 for the pro version. Here's a link where you can take a "guided tour" to see if it's right for you. wthomas57
Can you use Soapmaker Pro for candles too? Any crafts really? I use Craftybase right now. pretty good, but takes a while to setup and get used to it. Its cloud based and pay monthly.
