mystic sowles
I have been researching herb pillows and I would like to make some of my own, but I am only finding Lavender options online. Can you make them with other herbs? I have chronic Osteo Arthritis throughout my body, plus my feet swell terribly from Tendonitis. I have tried many other herbal remedies which do help, but Ice is too hard, so I thought using a cold herb pillow might do the trick. Any suggestions on which herbs to battle inflammation for the pillow?
ArtChick
Ginger and Cinnamon are supposed to be good for inflammation. Worth a try.
Candybee
Check out WSP's bath tea herbs. I used to make bath tea packets you drop in your bath to soak away your aches and pains. You don't have to put them in tea bags though. I can see you using them in herb pillows. If you check out the descriptions it will tell you what herbs are in each tea.
