vanulay molds

Is anyone buying molds from Vanulay? Are they out of business? I sent in letters and a copy piece foe a custom mold a month ago , the owner said it would take a week or so. I have tried to email and call for the last two weeks and can't get a response.

I've purchased some great molds from there but they weren't custom. There are several artists who make the molds and they may be backed up on their orders. Hope they haven't gone out of business like so many others.

I don't think she's OOB. That said, I've been trying over a year to get two molds replicated (it wasn't her, but elsewhere) and I'm thinking I might have to check into how to do this just to get them lol.

She finally called back after 3 months, said she was out of state for fathers health. She showed me a pic of my mold , I suggested some clean up, that was 2 weeks ago she was to fix and email the pic, I have not heard back from her. I ordered mold making material and made my mold the way I want it, it was fairly easy and the results were great and I finally have my mold.

I've purchased molds from Vanulay and I love them. Easy release. They weren't custom though.

I order silicon and make my own. I just make sure to get the right viscosity because I don't have one of those air compressor things to get the bubbles out. I only have done simple molds nothing with a lot of design but once I get enough money saved up for the air thing I want to try more complex molds.
