dee263 Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 Baby Powder, Asian Sandalwood, Pink Sugar or Strawberries and Cream? How did they behave? Any acceleration, discoloration (I'm guessing tan on the BP and brown on the PS) and how did the scents hold up? How about in any other B&B applications? Thanks for any and all help!:highfive: Denise Quote
Kimberly Posted January 2, 2006 Posted January 2, 2006 If I remember correctly Bunny tries Strawberry and it was a no go. I have cp'd Pink Sugar and it is a DEEP DARK brown. Quote
dee263 Posted January 2, 2006 Author Posted January 2, 2006 Thanks for the info Kimberly. Do you remember how the Pink Sugar held up scent-wise? Quote
Bunny Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Yup, the strawberries and cream turned a horrible orange... I mean nasty! Sure did smell good though! Quote
prairieannie Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I've CP'd both the strawberries and cream, and the PS. Both of them turned nasty dark brown. Quote
Kimberly Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 The Pink Sugar scent is awesome...holds up nicely. Quote
Janis Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I soaped Asian Sandalwood. It discolored to a dark brown but smelled wonderful. A great man's scent.Edited to say I can't remember if it accelerated but I don't think so. Quote
dee263 Posted January 4, 2006 Author Posted January 4, 2006 Thanks for all the info. The discoloration bothers me, but as long as the scents hold up, I'll try to work through it. Maybe some TD will help ... :undecided Quote
Sara Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 *All* Pink Sugars discolor, so if it holds up that is a good thing I've used the Strawberries & Cream but also mixed that part in with some cocoa powder and got a nice brown from it. No problems. Quote
