The 415 is definitely cheaper than the 3022 if you can make it work, lol. I've mixed about 10% 6006 into 415 & it helped dramatically with the looks. But I do love the 3022, lol.

I use Moonworks's Bergamont & Tabacco from what understand its a dupe to Arch's Havana, not sure about the ones you mention...so I guess this response was reallly no help:undecided

Archipelago does have just a Bergamot & Tobacco. It says Havana is bergamot, tobacco & ylang ylang. ?? I haven't smelled Havana though to see how similar it is to the Bergamot & Tobacco.

I think she should forget the business plan for the moment & just start learning candles. Then decide if she enjoys it enough to even pursue it as a business

This candle was a !Test! candle so I could see the scent type and how the color looks. I was planning to test the candle. Before I was going to test the candle I posted about it on here so I could look back on the candle and see why it looks that way. I have heard a lot to test the candles you make. I am currently testing the candles I am making, in my house, without any deaths. Yes I'm a nooby at this. Just started about a month ago. I am going to be careful. I also tested some new containers for my candles. Thanks for the advice.

Please listen to the seasoned candlemakers here. It takes a LONG time to get to that point, even if you're giving them as gifts.

When I test, I make 2 portion cups (2 oz each). I test one cup at a time.

For citrus-y FOs, if I recall, NG suggests adding them to your wax at a lower temp. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, lol.
