For a good all around, simple and flexible soap that behaves well I’ve loved:

    olive 50%

    palm or lard 25%

    coconut or PKo 25%

depending on the olive it can be slightly ivory but that never bothers anyone.  Many FO discolor, so 🤷🏻‍♀️. I dislike adding TiO2 to a soap base, so ivory, like wet spots on candles, is beautifully embraced.

If I was to use olive, lard and coconut, but want to add some castor oil (maybe 5%) which oil would you recommend I reduce?

  2. I have used Nature's Garden and Brambleberry.  I like them both.  I do add a few ingredients of my own to them.  I'm not too fond of the container that the BB base comes in. Once I did my tweaking to them I did not notice much difference between the two.

  3. lol, for the longest time I could not see any difference between the 2.  I like the 1st one better, the border makes the label stand out more, in my opinion.

One of these days Suzanne, you are gonna have to do a workshop for us on how to land new wholesale accounts.  (I'd pay to get in on that) YOU ARE the MASTER!

Yeah, it ridiculous. Everyone I know that ordered, even hours after I ordered, received their order in 2-3 days and he's giving me the run around *due to double sales this year...bla bla bla* and can't even give me an estimate on time frame for shipping. It was a decent size order too. 180$ worth of stuff. Never had to wait this long to get an order shipped!

I'm loving the ones I tried and will grab more for other applications to test in. :)

I still haven't gotten mine from Aztec yet either.  Says it has shipped but I can't even find it on the tracking...ugh

    Sparkling Grapefruit

    White Sage and Lavender

    Cactus flower and Jade

    Black Cherry Merlot

also 2 big bottles of Amber Noir, for a customers wedding and SeaSalt Orchid for my daughters and me, which we cannot stop sniffing. All is well on the F.O. Front!

Asking hubby to plant another money tree for me! He better plant sooooooon!🌸

I use egyptian amber in candles, melts soap and lotion.  It is a very nice unisex scent.

  7.   I used the 5/5 and with 37% off one fragrance and a free sample,  I got a pound of fragrance and 6- 1 oz samples shipped for $24.96!  Can't beat that.  Of course I didn't NEED any of it, but that's besides the point.  :)  Somebody help me!!!!

  11. I have baked the beads when they are a little wet.  It's harder to scoop them into the cookie cutters,  ( they stick to the spoon) but other than that it worked fine.  Are you using liquid dye to color?  I've never tried it but it seems like it would not blend as well when the beads are dry.  If you want different colors of the same scent I would pour in beads and fo, then split up into separate bags and color each bag individually.

  12. There's been some discussion on here lately about aroma beads not working as well as they used to.

I am currently using up a bag from cajun and they are working fine. I've had no problems with fading scent.  But, this is an OLD bag, so I can't say how the quality is nowadays.

Below is a link to one of the threads about aroma beads.
