Yes I am using 5055 and micro 180. I have another one in the mold. Yea, I did all of the above today to see what will happen. I will know if it is in my cards tonight when I unmold this latest one. I may be one that shouldn't be doing this. lmao

This is my first hurricane that I went by Sharyl55 tutorial. I still have a lot of work to get it right. It isn't cleaned up since I will redo it. Thanks for looking.

I didn't know you could use SS in Liquid Soap. I use the FD&C liquid dyes from BCN for my liquid bases.

My first GM soap will have to wait till tomorrow. I do have a shelf in my freezer cleaned off and ready to go though. The weather here is quite iffy today since we had storms this morning and suppose to get more this afternoon.

Yes I am using the can gm its been in the refrig for a couple of weeks. LovelyLathers...does it have to go in the refrig or freezer? Since these is the first time making this can't I just let it sit out of the way? TIA

If the weather permits I am going to try and do a goat milk soap this weekend. My question is do you add the goat milk before or after you take out soap for your colors? I hope I ask that right. I am going by Crafty1_AJ method. TIA

What numbers should we be looking for in LS recipes? I am playing with the soapcalc and also reading about the fatty acids. I won't attempt any of this till I take the class. TIA

Then anyone that has the Catherine Failor book on page 12 it is listed as having perservative properties. I know it is an anti-ordant. Maybe I am reading it wrong and if I am I am sorry. Thanks for the responses. I wasn't sure I could use the 20mule team in the soap. I am trying to read so much that I think I am confusing myself. Thanks again for the responses.
