Awwhhhh poor whittle jeep!! LOL! I'll tell ya...my husband is so ticked off. I realize that the information we have on this guy may mean nothing at all...Maybe a fake name, a fake address, etc. But I know one thing...I'm thrilled that the address he used for shipping is 3000 miles away. I don't care how tiny I am...I'd have to ----- slap that guy so hard. Plus, we both carry...so it's a good thing he's really far away. I say he...it could be a bad .... chick that likes spending alot of money on her man. Who knows. What was really creepy was to get paperword from one of the businesses he purchased from and my name was attached to the shipping address in CA...freaky.

Oh...I can't remember which one of you posted you had charges from MassiveGoods.org, but we also had a $1.00 charge from them...obviously a bigger charge was on the way until we caught it.

My husband has been "on the hunt" for the person that stole my Visa debit card information. He has been on the phone all morning and has found the following information:

The address used for delivery of the purchases with my cc information is:

When that information was keyed in to do a search for the person, this name came up:

His email address is: timhventuraz@yahoo.com

Our bank is working with us as well as the companies he purchased from. This idiot purchased from Nordstrom a $250.00 wallet. SERIOUSLY!?

The advice given was obviously not to contact the person until the authorities have been notified for them to take action. If someone contacts him, it gives him the opportunity to run. We are sharing this with you so that you can see if it is possibly the same person. When asked, the different companies did confirm that it was the same person making each of the purchases. I hope this information will help some of you

Yeah, it's scary. Hubby and I are trying to break it all down. Calls are in to the bank, and a couple of the companies they purchased from. There is still another purchase pending...it's from massivegoods.com We have it pinned down to which card was used and putting a hold on it. Grrrr!!!

Sorry so late getting back to this thread...I had ordered this on a Friday...and I think the following Monday was a holiday. It arrived the following Wednesday or Thursday. Will definately order from them again.

Wow...that surprises me about Staples...you'd think they, of all people, would carry a variety of those.

Check with your local Staples or any other office supply store...they may just have what you need

We have in the past. We ordered stuff through Micromark to make ours. We haven't made any in a long time though

Yeah I agree, that is alot of additives...think I may drop a couple...hmmm....will have to play around with this to see what we come up with. Thanks guys...will post back once we do a batch.

Do you think this would be a good bar as a m&p also and not market as a shampoo? I love the ingredients and think it would make a really nice hard bar with lots of moisturizing properties as well as soften the skin. Not sure about the lather though. We're soaping tomorrow and I think I'd like to give this a shot. Thanks Candybee...always appreciate your input

I thought I was starting a new thread with the post above, but I guess it does go with this thread:pBut opinions on the shampoo part of the question would be appreciated. I have alot of eo to use up and this just sounds so nice.

Found this recipe on From Nature with Loves website. It sounds really nice and I want to try it. But it says it's a Shampoo bar. What in this recipe would cause it to be a "shampoo" bar and not a regular bar? And, it has alot of "extras" for a 1 pound batch. Opinions?

1lb opaque M&P base

1t almond oil

4t shea butter

1 1/2t castor oil

1oz beeswax

1 1/2oz cocoa butter

2-3 drops orange fo/eo

2-3 drops lemon fo/eo

2-3 drops grapefruit fo/eo

colorant (optional)

Depends on what size crowd the first show draws. The church craft fairs, generally speaking, don't have an enormous crowd size...at least the ones I've seen. Also how many other booths offer the same product, thus giving you a little competition. So it kinda depends on what kind of sales you have the first week. We've done shows back to back and had to work our butts off in between. You just have to guage what you have and what you are capable of producing if things go really well on the first show. HTH

Welcome Shandra! Sounds like you are off and running. You mentioned Peaks and Natures Garden...we purchase alot of our fo from them as well as Candle Science. They all have some amazing scents and really great customer service. You can't go wrong with them. We've ordered from Cajun too, but mostly other items and occasionally fo. Welcome and have fun!!

Wanted to post an update. I finally got around to placing an order today. I did so much research on the closest supplier, pricing and shipping. And, as some mentioned, Columbus Foods is a good deal. I didn't place a huge order, but wow, I'm really impressed with the shipping. For 87 lbs of oils and butters, it only cost $37 to ship from there to coastal SC. That's awesome. Thanks for your input guys

Love Asian Amber. Have to agree with Steve on his view of it. Also Candybee has a list of MP recipes listed in one of the threads and used AA in a blend...it is awesome! Now the NG Bacon....I personally wouldn't waste my money on that one...ewwwwwah!
