i love their blue christmas and also sleighride!! if you like pink sugar, theirs is really good too. you might want to try gembertarts (spelling??) - it is a nice gingerbread type scent. wish i was that close!

i mix Bert's coconut 1/2 with her paradise 1/4 & keystone salty sea air 1/4 for castaway bay. tarts are super, but i had to wick down on the small candles i made.

i just started to write all info (wax/blend-wick-FO) on a small piece of masking tape and sticking it on the side of the jar. after burning, i can just peel off the tape, stick it in my notes and add any other info right next to it. saves writing it all twice!

hi! those hot pots work great for up to 2 lbs. of wax. i only used them until last month when i gave in and got a presto. there are no exposed heating elements but as Steve said they might end up leaking. i got all of mine (i have 3 now and wore 3 out!) at yard sales, so i can't say how much wear and tear they had before me. i noticed that they will wear out/leak quicker if you keep heating up the wax batches one after another. they last longer if you turn them off after every 2-3 batches. hth-kris

you really can smell the patch in the C & S but i still add 1/4 oz. patch EO to the mix.

also vodoo love from candle wic smells like witches brew too, but i have only done it in tarts.

NG's witches brew smells nothing like MW or Y**ke. it has some weird sweet/licorice?? smell going on. Candles & Supplies is more like the y**ke version and similar to MW, but is missing the "earthy" note. actually, i prefer the C & S version. i usually have to wick up with this in 8 oz. jelly.

i tried the so-cal from Bert's and loved the smell, but it is one of the few from there that have a (very) light throw. even with tarts/melts it was too light.

i even mixed it with a cedar scent and the CT was great, but it really did not last and definately was not strong enough. HTH

it does work nice and the CMS sells an 8oz. sample that comes with a fine mister top. great size to try it out with, as well as a gallon size. it is under bases, then body splash.

the ingrediets are listed on the package when you get it. i really like it and it is way cheaper than the cyclo. also, it can be used for both body & linen/room spray. ingredients as they list are:

FDA approved alcohol; water; glycerin; propylene glycol; benzophenone-2.

instructions/percentages for use are also on the package.

yea-keep ordering cause i got 2 doz. jars, lids, slab of wax, plus all the samples and my shipping was $18 something. aren't we just such a big help?

i already ordered so that i can order again if i "need" to. we have another week to order!! i love their mistletoe all year long!! and of course the pump souffle you can never have enough of. only ordered 1 of the apple harvest cause i mix my own, 50/50 red delicious and harvest, but may have to order more if it's better than the mix. also did not try the driftwood, cause i am addicted to aztec's driftwood. even when i know what the FOs smell like, i can't wait to sniff!!

what did the Absinthe smell like? real Absinthe, to me, smells like a sweet anisette. licoricey i guess.

i have only the pump-fudge from keystone. it smells a lot like c science pumpkin souffle. if you're looking for a hint of choc. it is not in it.

i love the twilight from Aztec-but i did not know it was supposed to be a dupe!! never smelled the B&B stuff, but Aztec's is wonderful in tarts!

got mine too-on thurs. the 2nd. i was worried though, cause i never recieved a shipping notice????? anyway, it is here now and i am so impressed!! it smells just like the EO i have from WSP. i might not even go camping for the weekend so i can play!!!

hi! these "rocks" are solar salt. you can buy a 40 pound bag at wally world for under 6 dollars. actually, i got mine at my local grocery store. they even had 2 or 3 different brands. feel the bags cause you will want to get the larger "rocks". the brand i got is Diamond Solar Gems in a yellow bag. again, 40 lbs. for $5-something!! and NO shipping!!
