    Sorry to hear about your experience with them, I just received an order today and I had an item on backorder, I need to see if I got charged for it. It was a soap mold, I hope I dont have ot pay shipping on a 1oz (weight) soap mold. I can only imagine how much that's going to be. When it comes to FO I only test from companies that have rave reviews (JS,Peak, NG) on this board.

    Does this have to cure like CP soap? I noticed that my MP soap is shiny and wet looking but after a few days it looks normal?

    Have you tested any of the oils you use in an oil burner? Do they have to ne tested or is it safe to say that they will all have a good hot throw?

    I actually walked over to her booth and she started with her sales pitch (Hi how are you, I make my own candles etc.........) I was like I remember we spoke this morning. I then said I used 100% soy wax, no mixers and I dont cut it with Parrafin. My friend told me that you told her that "The guy on the other end uses parrafin and soy" Well I just want to let you know again that I used 100% soy.

    Thank you all, I just thought that butters were "One Pourers". I used a double boiler myself, did not measure temp.

    When pouring butters should temp matter? I poured 2 4oz jars od shea butter last night and this morning they were still soft (expected) but the tops had sink holes.

    I experimented with a mixture of butters the other night. It came out looking and smelling like cold cooking oil. I mixed (equal parts) soy butter, shae butter and mango butter. Soy is too creasy and too much like crisco. Do you use soy butter for anything?

    How long do they last? I made a 4.5 oz bar and it lasted a good week. Is this normal? Did I take too many showers?

    I make a sugar scrub now (cant keep on the shelf), I use white course white sugar. I dont reccomend anyone use it on the face. Can brown sugar be used on the face and body? What about a finer grain white sugar?

    Im going to try making Body Butter next week. I have on order Shae, Mango & Cocoa. Where do I start? Do I need to add a preservative? Is there a rule of thumb? Can I create it to what I want it to be? (Shae & Cocao=Body butter for blemishes, strech marks etc....). Standard amount of FO per oz?Help

    Strawberry Kiwi with Vanilla. I love hte smell, cant wait to burn it. It's kinda manly.

    Well I poured them Sunday night and tested them last night (fast) the the throw was out of this world. The Mango/Papaya has to be the best FO I've ever tested, the Sandlewood was just as strong. I will burn the lilac tonight.

    I want ot use it in BB products as well, Im not sure how well that will go over. Husband: Baby you smell good!!! Wife: I wore this just for you.Husband: What is it called?Wife: Monkey farts

    I actually like this scent, I think Im going to change the name. I know a lot of you keep it as to draw attention. But I think once people smell it they will fall in love with it. BEsides who wants to wear a lotion or use a scrub call monkey farts. Any Suggestions?

    Does anyone use EO in thier candles? If so, does the standard 1oz PP apply for EO's? I know that they are stronger than FO's and they cost a heck of a lot more as well. Please advise, thanks.

    I made a small batch of M&P soap. It had very very little lather. Is there something I can add to increase the lather?

    Well I poured the Citrus & Teakwood (love it) and one of the K Sutra scents (will burn later). Im more concerned with the Aromatherapy Scents.
