I agree...it's been over a year since I have ordered anything from them.
A month or so ago I decided to give them another try but when I got to the cart and saw the shipping cost I got outta there.

Zinc works best for me in 6006.
For the heavier "wicker upper" type FOs I'll use eco or cd
-
They are beautiful!

I just made a batch last Thursday of CS Mac Apple. Used Eco PB wax and cut up into crumbles into portion cups. All my apple loving customers are goin nuts over it. Also did some Blueberry Cobbler(CS) oh so strong and yummy!
Last winter(around Christmas) I made some candles and tarts using KYs Hot Chocolate with a layer of the yummy RE Toasted marshmallow on top. The HC goes soooo well with the Toasted Marshmallow.

Candlewics PC is great
-
Very nice!!!

AH/RE has them but no sample packs. C&S sells sample packs of all kinds of wicks.
I think NG also sells sample packs of various wicks

Cranberry Marmalade
Mac Apple
Blueberry Cobbler
Love Spell(my best seller)
Vanilla Hazelnut
Strudel and Spice
I'm sure there's more but that's just off the top of my head

I use 6006 and have done the 2 oz tins with 36 zinc, eco 1 and cd 5 or 6 (depending on the fo used)
imo the zinc work best because they burn cooler.....those little buggers can get really hot.

Looks great!!!
Beautiful color

NGs Palm works the same as CWs, if anyone needs to purchase from there.
Nice to know...thanks
I live closer to Candlewick but shipping is cheaper for me buying from NG.

Beautiful!
You sure are talented

After Candlescience stopped selling it I went to Candlewic. It's not Glassglow, it's their own. They have container palm and 2 types of votive/pillar palm.
Peak, Candlemakerstore and Aztec have Glassglow(I'm sure there are many more), and I believe Naturesgarden has a palm wax I never tried.
I use CSN wicks from Candlescience

Same here with the ones from Wally world. No problems
The ones I did recentley have trouble with are the ones from AH/RE. The cups were melting kind of. They were fine at first then changed brands because the most recent ones are not as clear as the cups they used to sell.
In the past couple of months I have purchased the Diamond brand from Walmart and they are working out fine for me.

Looks great! Nice color

No biggie.......the CS version is so strong it fills a large room quick. I have 2 customers that won't buy anything but CS Mac Apple(candles and room spray)
On my next JS order I'll get myself a sample to try
-
Good to know I'm not going nuts lol I just sniffed my bottle of Bear Claws again and that's mainly what I smell....too much chocolate
It's not a bad smelling oil....smells good but like number2of7 said....too much chocolate and not like Bear Claws
I'm a fan of Vanilla and do want to get VBN and Vanilla Buttercream Crunch
The only Red Mac Apple I have ever used in wax is CS Mac Apple........would you say JS is better or stronger than CS version(if you ever used CS version?)
-
I'm not a 464 user so I may be wrong on this but I believe that zincs work better with parafin or a parasoy wax.
Maybe try Eco or CD wicks for straight soy.

The only one out of that list that I baught was Bear Claws less than a year ago but mine smells sweet. To my nose I smell more chocolate than anything else.
I never put it in wax yet though. The only scent that's chocolate that sells well for me is KYs Hot Chocolate so it sits in my cabinet with my other fos that are waiting to be tested out in wax.
Well now I'm curious and gona have to give it a test in wax.....soon
There are a few on your list mulberry that I would like to try and would love to know your results

Oh I just love them!!
Adorable
-
ooooooo they are all soooo pretty!!!
I really love the Hippie Chick
-
They are absolutley beautiful!!!!
I can't stop looking at them!!!

AH/RE sells soy wax used in cosmetics.
My guess is any type of soy wax without additives would work.
