  1. Boy I can't really describe it either. Hands down the only vanilla I'm putting in my line, and I've smelled a few. It doesn't have that sickly, almost salty "aftertaste" I get when I use vanilla FOs, does that make sense? Soooo.... goooood....

PM me with your mailing addy and I will send you a sniffie, but you won't be able to really comprehend it's total yummaliciousness until it's in wax or product.

Hmmm.... can you tell I like this one? It has converted many a vanilla hater, including me.

I haven't experienced the (It doesn't have that sickly, almost salty "aftertaste" I get when I use vanilla FOs)

I have only sampled the rich buttery ones LOL and the butter has no scent to me LOL

    I think I am a sweet tasting gal LOL:rolleyes:

  2. Hi there,

I have been giving a 37.5% I know that sounds strange but it works out to a

even figure the kids sell a 12.5 oz. jar for $12.00 tax exempt and make $4.50 off each jar. They have all loved it

My groups who are not tax exempt make $3.82 per candle due to collecting sales tax.

I compared other candle fundraisers that our kids brought home from school and they were usually $1.00 per oz charge on paraffin candles. Which tunneled and the scent throw wasn't good.

When I get to the point I can order supplies in larger quantities than I can give a better discount.

    Hope this helps!!!

  3. Hello Robin,

No Candles to make for me this weekend.

It is Fair time starting the 22nd. We will be taking the kids

    animals Saturday to the Fair.

Looking at a long week ahead...... and I hope it isn't to hot for the animals.

4 pigs and one steer we will be taking.... Woooo Hooooo

Not to forget the late nights socializing I bet we won't get home until 1:00 a.m. every evening.

Things have been slow for me for the month. But it has given me time to do other things with the kids.

Keep your drink on ice and your feet in the water*getdown*

  4. Yal I really loved searching through there website.

They even have a support thread for website design, hosting and so on.

After you register, and post a thread you will get a email back when someone has responed to your problem Which is great you don't have to keep checking back to see what is going on. Also who ever answers your question there is always another person with more experience checking up on the threads to advise and make sure the directions are correct. GREAT

    finally a PC doctor LOL

  5. I love your ribbon wall hanger and baskets that are hung up.

My ribbons are in a basket right now, I have to dig around to find the

    color I want.

That is one of my pet peeves, ( digging looking for something) LOL

The worst in the desk I use for the computer in the draws are my labels and such. I have to pull all out to get what I want.

  8. Most craft stores carry low density gel.

    Thank you Vicky,

    Everyone has been so helpful.

If I test out this low density gel, how would it compare to the

    HD or MD.

All I am looking for at this point the the scent throw of gel wax compared to the material I am using now for car fresheners.

  9. I sent you PM

I am just looking for enought to test out a car freshener idea.

Called my local Michaels Craft store. They have gel wax instock not sure on

the density info.. she couldn't find it. Either way on their website the gel wax they carrry is from Penreco just not label so.

For 23oz. for $10.99 I can stop by her store and buy some.

And hope that it is the MD or HD form.
