  1. [quote(it's 11.30 PM here). ] you need to go to bed
  2. Yes that and the htp. I tried CDN 12 and CDN 14 prior to this round but I was not able to get the lovely shell I am looking for. Maybe the 10 is the answer:yay:
  3. all have needed trimming except the LX22 and yes I am trimming . If you would like to see look at the photos from the last hour yesterday and the first hour today. I tried to make them big enough to see.
  4. So we are waiting for new candles and you are using the CDNs next? What sizes? All the others are not suitable or at least not to your liking? correct?
  5. 2nd burn 2 hours. the CDN10 and the HTP126( surprised) are my favs the LX22 is gonna die and if not way too much of a shell. The LX24 is burning with a flame almost doubled to the CDN and the HTp and it is still sooting.
  6. This is the start to one hour in of the 2nd burn. The LX24 has the largest flam and the LX 22 has the smallest. The LX24 has spitting spurts of soot. say that 5 times fast
  7. that's what I was thinking ... is it the feather plam
  8. I checked . it is not tilted that I can see. maybe the angle of the photo or where I wrote on the candle in sharpie. thanks for the head up though. I can see it
  9. I tried less in my soy and was not happy however I will try the 5% like you said for the savings. Thanks you
  10. I like them to be as far away from the glass edge as possible. I feel more comfortable with that .
  11. I used the 8% because that is what I use in my soy even though others use less. Do you think that little bit could effect things? I didn't notice the candle was tilted , I do level them off. I am at work now but will check when I get home. Maybe it was sitting on a mess that was on my tray. I lit them and them in a row for the photo and then moved them to their burning spots. I have not abandoned it yet so Thanks and I will check it out .
  12. I do have 4 inch but these testers are all 3inch . Thanks anyway
  13. I'm sorry I have to go back and look I don't even remember the CSN11 burn . I am interested in that one for sure. Going back and taking a peek now I found it . it's the ugly duckling
  14. So where are we here? have you been able to burn today . I'm getting lost. sorry I can't keep up
  15. nope not yet but Iwas reading up on them and was thinking maybe. Give the man a cigar.... you are right I checked. I do know that and I did it but It still leans to one side ok so here ya have it after 3 hours ..... what do you think will happen tomorrow ?
  16. Don't you think these flames are huge. I am sitting here thinking crap
  17. It's funny you mention this becasue I am also secretly test my first ever chunk candles that are to ugly to post. I have a 22 and a 24 . When I first lit it I struggled to get the 24 to light
  18. I searched for a 105 but couldn't find one. I thought that might be better. I think so too. and if I remember correctly you know this because all LX24s are treated right? cause i didn't order it that way. I know but I am trying to find a wick that doesn't have to be fussed with at all. I know that is more than likely impossible . I am trying not to touch any of these except to trim before the next burn. am I crazy ? Never mind Stella I know what you are thinking :laugh2:
  19. see the tiny flame on the LX22 ? (far right) the other 3 seem to be pretty much the same height now and I have not noticed any more soot
  20. one hour I know you can't see but CDN has started curling and well as the LX22. The LX 24 and HTP are not. Oh the HTP and the lx 24 are spitting some soot and the LX 22 flame is the smallest
