someone to help design one for me
-
im either looking for someone who can help me with a logo design or a program for my computer that can help me make designs for logo, websites, labels and business card.
any suggestions?

I have been using them for over a year and a half. No problems whatsoever. I started out in Mode one and then bought a few cheap backounds and a cheap premade template. I just recently had my site redesigned for $50, and it was well worth it!
Their boards are extremely helpful. It takes Tony a few days to get your site opened, so try to be patient. He is a one man show.

thanks everyone, i bought a few tins to try out this weekend with the soy. well see how that goes
-
Have you tried to pre heat your jars?
-
Yea, I also considered the fact that you would see air bubbles in the glass and that tins are alot easier to ship.
-
im adding a new line to my products. soy candles :tiptoe: Now im trying to decide if I want them in tins or frosted tumblers. At first, I thought tins because they can help recycle once the candle is used up, but glass can also be recycle.
What do yall think? whats more popular? Im going for an elegant looking candle.

I dont think the prices are gonna drop. I know some of the suppliers just went up on paraffin wax yesterday. Soy hasnt gone up yet and i dont think it will any time soon. A case of the IGI 4636 is now $91.80!!!
btw i just pumped $3.33 last night ...wow i cant believe im happy for $3.33
-
wow seems like everyone likes blends. I thought about doing blend, but i wanted to also start a soy line. guess im just gonna have to get me some c3 and test for myself
-
im thinking about trying out soy wax and see if i like it better then paraffin.
do you guys perfer soy or paraffin? and if soy, which one?

selling test candles
in Business Side of Things

so i made about 12 candles to test my wicks, turns out the wicks are too small and need to be bigger. they burn great! but leave wax on the sides, not too much, but not enough to sell full price. my question is, should i sell them at a discounted price and let customers know they will leave wax behind because they were my test candles, or should i remelt them and repour? i dont wanna remelt and repour cause i might kill the scents.
