Hey e, From what i have gathered.... Trace Accelerators are: Shea butter Lard Castor Cocoa butter grapefruitseed extract PKO (esp in high %) Medium Accelerator are: Palm soy Slow: Sunflower Olive Canola hey girl u listed castor twice ...so u doing 10% castor or just 5%?? lol if so u are missing 5% of something. 4 of ur oils are fast tracers but ur hard oils is only 50%. hmmmm even then ur recipe looks perfectly fine. If it isnt something in one of the oils cld it be ur soaping temperature? or the hot weather?

Duckie, i think its the illusion of the poked spikes that make it look like a flower petal mold, looks round to me. Julie, does the bsm come as a combi fo or did u mix it yourself? when i first saw the title lol lets put it this way basil sage mint wasnt in mind lmao

I believe that Alan is working on the Archives section to be linked up as well as the Basic How To & Special Techniques left bar to be posted soon and they are a great resource for all kinds of special effects candles. Hopefully it will be up soon. Go through them and with a little bit of experimenting, wax, wicks and dyes plus imagination you will be churning out beauties too

I liked the Root Beer & Strawberry flavor. And if you use unrefined cocoa butter in ur lipbalm recipe, the strawberry flavour comes out with a nice creamy tinge!

There was a slight discolouration to a soft tan/brown colour and alittle bit of acceleration when i used it alone @.5 ppo
