I have an HP Laserjet CP1215 and the print quality is great but I've been having more and more alignment problems while printing on label sheets. I've done the driver update, firmware reset and even made sure the word template file was ok. I just think the printer isn't the best with label alignment.
Anyone have a recommendation for a laser that they love for printing labels?
Thanks

I have Indie Beauty but pay like $650 for 2 million and the membership. Definitely going to check into Brower.

Wouldn't worry about the wet spots. The Frost showed up because you used the heat gun on the jar....the wax warmed and then cooled and Mr. Frosty showed up. I heatgun the tops but never the sides....HTH

I'm using C3, 16oz Mason and running into some wicking issues with NG Patchouli...Have tried, ECO10, 12 and CD20, all drowned once the jar burned halfway down. I hate to go to an ECO14 although have been successful using it with Clove. Wicked the Jelly Jar with an ECO6 same scent, no problem.
Anyone using the same combo have some suggestions...thank you!

Amy was so helpful in walking me through making a custom template but I also ended up calling Avery and got another tip. In the Custom Dialog box there are settings for Margins, Spacing, etc. I couldn't figure out how to change the Top and Bottom Margin. Seems silly now but the Margin setting under the Vertical heading is for Top and Bottom Margins and the Horizontal for Left and Right Margins. Hope this helps someone else down the road.

Couldn't PM you but I'll email you now....thank you so much.

Can someone send me an Avery template for 1.5"
Labels please. I can't figure out how to make a custom
one and I need to get this label done for a shower
I put in all the sizes indicated on online labels site
for that size but its not configuring correctly. I'm not
adverse to purchasing a label pgm either but most
have the round Avery as the standard and its a bit
larger than 1.5"
Thank you

Very nice.....having great photos are so important and it reminds me I need some new ones. Does your photographer deal with out of state clients and how were his prices?

Thanks for the nice comments...I think you are right, I should be able to schedule more vacations and my wholesale accounts should understand...I am going to work on that. Sometimes we forget that they are buying wholesale and making money from our products so we should call the shots!

Wanted to update my post because I just can't do it.....I guess I am a candlemaking addict. Just such a tough decision nevermind that my customers are ordering and talking about Spring scents. My husband is understanding at least for another year. Then I may have to go down this road again.
Thank you to the forum members that messaged me. I wish you all the best in your businesess in 2013!!

So I knew this day was coming but wasn't sure when or how I was going to feel and it's bittersweet. I've poured my heart and soul into my business and it truly has been a labor of love. However, my husband and I have been having some serious talks about retirement which would mean selling my business. It's just getting harder and harder to take a vacation and I don't want to take the business to the next step of hiring people, etc. So I've been doing some research and based on what I've discovered it has selling value. I have been in business just over 5 years and have been profitable for the last four. Have acquired approx 38 wholesale accounts, both in and out of state. Sell online to a decent retail base and maintain customer lists for both wholesale and retail. If anyone is interested or knows of someone who might be, please pm me for more info. At this point, I'm trying to keep this quiet so as to not upset my retailers so I haven't advertised and don't want to put detailed info in this post. I decided I would come back to where it all began and ask for help/advice/etc :undecided
Thanks

Anyone use these for warming their jars and cooling them after pouring? Im in the Northeast and it never fails...right around this time as the weather cools I start to get frosting issues after the jars setup on the bottom and where the jar curves. I know it would help to warm my jars but would like to make the process as streamlined as possible. I pour on wire racks...so the plan is to put the mats over the racks, cover with cello so I don't get them all messy and pour.
The question, how long do I leave the mats turned on? Seems there might be a fine line between setting up and warming up again.
Thanks so much for any input. Too busy for new processes so any insight would be very much appreciated.
