    I started off using the color blocks, but I have to tell you once you try the liquid dye you will be hooked for life. It is so much easier to get consistent colors. Not to mention you won't have the little flecks of color the color blocks can leave in your candles.

    I would do the white tea and ginger in a white. I have done the Jamaica Me Crazy in a teal color before and for fruit slices orange.

    I'm a zinc person also. I tried some of the CD's but they smoked too much for me. I have learned to live with the mushrooms and just tell everyone to trim their wicks after every use. I find with most of my burns the first one is the one that mushrooms the worse and then after that its not as bad.
