Thanks maybe I will make some and see how it goes. Lorelei I use the 2 oz amber bottles with a dropper in it. Makes it easire for people to put the oils in there warmer. Sun I bought some also that weren't half as strong as mine were. I think your right there making them weaker.
I know what you mean. I have been using ECOSOYA PB for a long time But now I am just not happy with it. I am thinking either a 50/50 So I am gonna start testing some different waxes to see If I find one I like better. I am thinking mayve a 50/50 mix or stright parafin. Ahhhhh it never ends LOL :undecided
I was thinking about tring a different tart wax. I was wondering If anyone uses the 4826 for tarts and votives? If you do how is the HT and CT with this wax? Also can I use cd wicks to wick my votives. Thanks for any help
I have begun making firestarters. Being in Arizona in the winter many people have fireplaces and firepits. So they should be a good seller for me. My question is when you put one in the fireplace or pit does the wax burn up or does it sit in the bottom of your fireplace? I am thinking it burns up But I just wanted to make sure. Incase someone asks me.
I am making a ton of melts, tealights, room sprays and fire starters for a space I rented in a shop. I need to have many items done by saturday for the festival
Ok I am going to start making room sprays. It tells me to use 8% Fo. So how much is 8% FO in a 4oz bottle. My brain is sleeping on this one. Or maybe it is the pain pills I am taking for my back. I am thinking like a half oz per 4oz bottle But that seems to much for me. Can someone please help here Thanks
I saw one not long ago. But I don't remember were. I do know I used to have a cream container with a real pointy pour spout. It worked really well to pour tealights and small containers.
No I never try to rush a product just to sell it. Hubby thinks I am nuts all the testing I do before I sell a product. But I am very picky about what I sell.
I tried it with the rubber lining in them and the rubber never melted or started fire. But you can use a ice pick to get the rubber out. Yes it is alot of work.
I signed up for two craft shows One in November and one in december. Then today I got an offer to do a home and garden show in january. Right now I am only making tarts in clamshells and 1oz tart samples and tealights. In time I want to add room sprays and 2 oz tins. Do you think the tarts and tealights and tart samples will be enough?
