  1. Hi Gran and Belinda,

Thanks for the ones you listed you have...I saw that there 15% off which is great and I have a pound of it sitting in my cart it sounded so good.  Only thing is the 1 pound and shipping even with the discount makes it 32.00, lol......

About 7 years ago I had McCalls campfire marshmallow duplicated for me and I have a 25pound drum sitting in my basement full of the scent.  I'm going downstairs to smell it. I wonder if it is still good....It was my most favorite scent.

Oh, that would be great Belinda, I can pay you for a couple of ounces (2).

    Thanks so much guys!

    Trappeur

i would say if it has been in a cool basement...it should be good...

i have found if stored properly, they will last for years..

i would buy a lb from you...if you are interested in selling some..

  2. I have not tried that one yet either..

but if you notice they are having a 15% off sale right now while they are moving.

their sample package is a good way to try some of their scents.

    in soap I love..

    Sunkissed currants

    Voo do berry

    Black code

    Silver lake

    Bonsai..very strong..use between 1/4 -1/2 oz.pp

    Japanese cherry blossom. .

    Yuzu..

I tested autumn splendor in my 415 soy.

It smelled very very good but didn't have enough HT

  3. I agree old glory..

    Test..test..and more testing. .

Once you find a scent that does have a good ht..

Then it is testing to get the right wick size. .

but the more you do this the more you can kind of gauge what wick you want to test with ..sometimes I'm right sometimes I'm not then I start back over with another wick..

Sometime testing can be disheartening. .

when you have several awesome smelling fragrances and none of them have a good ht.

  4. I am no expert. .

But I have made many batches of lotion. .

I don't scent until I am ready to put it in containers..or when lotion is completely cool.

I have found some fo's takes more than others..

So it is really up to you on how heavy scented you want your lotion..

I always start off light...you can always add more. .

But do remember. ..when you let it set overnight. .i have found most time the scent will mature and get stronger..

But experimenting, to me is the fun of it. .

Edited to say. .i always stay within the suggested

    Guidelines

  5. as I said in the above post I have received them like that when I have bought in bulk because they weigh them they don't count them ..

so when I got them I counted them and bundled them in bundles of 100 then put them in Ziploc bags labeled what size they are..

makes it so much easier just to pull one out..

and like they say it does not hurt them ..

they do look bad but they're not hurt..
