the first thing I would see is what supplier is closest to you.. so you can pick it up or at least they are close enough it doesn't cost a fortune to have it shipped..

I think every wax will have its challenges no matter which one you choose..

would think as long is it smells ok and that you have kept it in the refrigerator it should be ok I have had some for 3 years or more that I keep in the freezer and it is still good

If it were me..

I would call or email, and in very nice way tell the new owner exactly what has happened. .maybe she can give you some help an answers.

I bet with her being a new owner she will try to get to the botton of the problem..i am sure they don't want to lose good custumers.

I don't order from that company..so I don't have any history with them. But I would say how she treats you with this inconsistency..will either make you a happy customer or you will walk away and find a new supplier.

I love looking at others soaps and what they name them

i have made and used both ....as far are feel...i liked them both..

the glycerin is fast to make...

the water method does that longer, and you need to let your soap cure, just like cp.

i use mine mainly in the bath room, and use it in the foamer bottles.

my only thing, i have never got it to be totally clear...either method.

what i mean by clear, is crystal clear...mine is mostly a off yellow clear...
