    In these pics they are not wrapped separate, but I am wrapping them in 100 gauge High Clarity PVC shrink film, then putting them in these bags :-)

    ECO 14 gives me a full MP, but soot all over. Have you tried an ECO 12? I have yet to try, but it may work. Also try twisting the wick before the wax sets. It will slowly spin the flame while it melts.

    I haven't had any smearing problems. Sometimes a spec or 2 will stick, but that seems fine to me. The soy is creamier and will smear. I use starburst palm. It seemed like the palm to use with my niche :-)

    I use Starburst Palm wax. It has a nice look and an awesome throw with only 4-5% FO.

    I have done very well in most scents that I have tried in my IGI-6006. You may also want to order a slab of that to test with. I am very happy with it :-)

    I'm working on a site. It is under construction right now, but the URL is www.galaxyscents.com I will be mainly working on palm wax melts. With this machine, I can easily produce about 600-700 melts per day, so wholesaling is what I want to do :-)

I buy 4x6 heat shrink bags from WS: http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com I also bought an impulse sealer with a trim and seal element: http://www.packcoinc.com/index.asp?P...PROD&ProdID=43 I put 2 melts in a bag: Put the bag in sideways: Put the bag back in: I end up with this here: And then I hit it with a heat gun: I like the way it turns out. I use 2 melts, but you can get smaller bags and just put one in if that suits you better. The impulse sealer was about $275 shipped, but WELL worth it IMO :-)

    I used 6% FO. I'm going to make one now. Unscented and uncolored. I will take new pics tomorrow :-)

    Could be. I can try downsizing the wick. If it burns too hot, it may tunnel.

    This one is scented with Dragon's Blood and now that I look at the pictures, it looks like the insides of something living. Maybe an organ or something lol. I am using 6% FO, but will try dropping it to 4-5% and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestions :-)

    CS recommends I use a CSN 14, but I had a feeling it wasn't going to work, so I wicked my 3" status jars with a CSN 16. The CSN 16 is the biggest CSN that CandleScience carries. I need to wick up, but what would I wick up to in my jar using frost palm wax? What would be bigger than the CSN 16? Here are some pics after a few hours of burn:

    I'm willing to spend about $1500.00 for bags. I will just add the cost of the bag into my product pricing. I just want a good branded look for my product. thanks for the tips on the clear labels though. I'll definitely look into that. On another note.... I ordered this Heat Sealer: Do you think it will seal the silver zip bags I posted above? I have never used these before.
